  • Seller's fault (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item):
    The seller will cover both the original shipping fee and return shipping fee.

  • Buyer's choice (e.g., change of mind):
    The buyer must pay for return shipping and ensure the item arrives safely.

  • Disputes over responsibility:
    Zenith Store will review the case and make a final decision on who bears the cost.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • If the seller does not respond within the specified time frame, Zenith Store may issue the refund directly to the buyer.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank account).

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including:

  • All accessories and complimentary items

  • No signs of damage or excessive wear
